????2. Complete entry systems are another great option. Door components are designed to work together reliably and energy efficiently. A door is prehung in its frame and weather stripping, hinges, and lockset are all designed as part of the system. Sidelites often flank the door. When choosing an entry system, make sure all components come from the same manufacturer and check that the weather stripping seals properly and that the threshold interlocks with the bottom edge of the door.
????3. Dont be shy about turning the entry into a focal point. Even if a homeowner is fairly traditional, this is one place to indulge in color and whimsy. To add a little panache to steel entry doors, jazz up the trim with contrasting color and/or accents such as decorative crown molding. Or choose a dramatic color for the door such as black, red, or a vibrant green.
